Wholefoods Market is the equivalent of a pharmacy for me. I get high as hell in that bakery, especially now that the Valencia branch is regularly making vegan pastries that are to die for. When I first started out, or as the hipsters say “before it was cool,” none of these options were available. I basically brought my own food everywhere I went or ate side dishes. Now, this vegan lifestyle is churning out some interesting culinary pastries from bakeries across the country. Wholefoods being the pricey and forerunner in the health food store industry is kicking major ass with these cupcakes.
